It would appear that states’ attorney’s general are beginning to focus their sights on the Biden administration’s overreach with regulations.

We are exposed to, seemingly on an hourly basis how heartless and greedy we are toward the Plight of the Migrant…that, somehow Americans are the cause for so much of their suffering and grief. The left tells us that we need to LIFT these people out of their impoverishment….presumably by making sacrifices and spreading the wealth around. ALL of that said, I still want to cry every time I read about this stuff.

The de-platforming continues. David Horowitz’s FrontpageMag webpage has lost its connection to the popular disqus comment service. Frontpage will be using a new service shortly but it still mystifies me that powerful companies would continue to this attempt at trapping people in thier own heads with no means of release!?!

Patrick Howley has pulled together some interesting thoughts on Dr. Fauci’s accuracy and possibly the lack thereof.

What consistent scrutiny will this receive? I suspect this will be updated as I, myself learn more.

Turns out that the left has always believed our Chinese counterparts to be somewhat of a problem….that “we Americans” are just too distractd to notice……yeah.

What happened on January 6th was nothing less than an outrage!
Taking it to the streets (t.m. Michael McDonald) is one thing. I have rarely seen such action have much more effect than to draw ridicule upon those incited to do so; such individuals cease to be individuals.
Breaching the confines of buildings occupied by innocent people who, faced by overwhelming numbers of people are forced to take lethal action is beyond any justification.
Mobs are for third world “countries” who recognize no higher authority than whatever slogan they’re screaming. Such crowds are usually incited by persons or ideologies whose primary motivations are fueled by intimidation and, if ‘necessary’, violence.

We read about Rep. Cortez (ccp N.Y.) proposing the institution of some kind of nationwide database of anybody who has ever smiled at anybody who suggested that they liked ANYTHING that President Trump may have said. (I don’t want to get into the habit of posting anything from twttr, but when a post has something sayyyy…):

Pennsylvania Pubs are filing a writ of certiorari which, in short attempts to direct all of its previous proposals in unmodified form for review by a higher court after it has been tried in a lower court. I’m obviously no expert but this sounds a whole lot like the legalese equivalent of the kid asking for another hour of awake time after the parent has already said, No! Now get to bed”.

Again, I think it will be treated as a detraction from the case that SCOTUS is saving their biggest swing for. In my figurative estimation, the Gang of Five probably know that they will only get one chance at a meaningful hit at this electoral ball. I think that they know it will have to be a home-run; a base hit will only open the media to tee-up multiple balls for an additional slew of innings that no Supreme Court Justice wants to get dragged through for the unforeseen future.

Literally every position that these 5 will cite from now till forever is going to be viewed through the a lens that will have the image of this fight indelibly etched into its surface.

Anybody who still believes that The President still has a chance at his second term needs to find a way to convey, transmit and/or MIND BEAM their support to the Five Supreme Court Obstacles to this overt larceny of a legitimate election.

Trump has played more by the rules than most politicians in recent history. It is time to assure our newly minted Justices that they are expected to do the same.

CLARIFICATION (12/9/2020, 10:30am): If I had read more carefully the articles about the aforementioned certiorari, I would have been able to more accurately posit that Ted Cruz has agreed to argue the case should the certri-wah be accepted by the high court.
